Ingredients for 4 people

  • 7.5 oz CleanCo Clean G 0.0%
  • 7.5 oz Cranberry juice
  • 1.75 oz elderflower cordial
  • 1 egg white
  • Tonic water, to top
  • Cranberries, to garnish

Method

Step 1

Shake CleanCo Clean G 0.0%, cranberry juice, elderflower cordial, egg white, and ice in a shaker until frothy.

Step 2

Strain into two chilled glasses and top with tonic water.

Step 3

Garnish with cranberries on a toothpick.
