Ingredients for 1 person

  • 1.75 oz Clean G 0.0%
  • 1 heaped tsp Lemon Curd
  • 1.75 oz Fresh pineapple juice
  • Juice of 1/2 Lime
  • Soda Water
  • Lemon Slice (to garnish)

Method

Step 1

Add CleanCo G 0.0% to a shaker and stir in lemon curd. Add fresh pineapple juice, lime juice, and ice.

Step 2

Shake well and strain into a tall glass filled with ice.

Step 3

Top with soda water. Garnish with a lemon slice.
