Ingredients for 1 person

  • 1.75oz Clean G 0.0%
  • 0.85oz Raspberry Syrup
  • 0.68oz Fresh Lemon Juice
  • 1 Egg White (or Aquafaba for vegan option)

Method

Step 1

Dry shake all ingredients (without ice) for 10 seconds.

Step 2

Add ice and shake again until well chilled.

Step 3

Strain into a coupe glass and garnish with a few fresh raspberries.
